I am a broker with The Jim Allen Group. We have used Cook Shack for all of our events for years. What ever items off the menu are chosen, the food is absolutely fabulous. The staff is very organized and polite. We always depend on them to make us look good and they have never disappointed. Cook Shack is the best of the best. Period.

We used cook Shack as a preferred vendor for The Sutherland where the rehearsal dinner held. Working with Austin to perfect the menu and Tracey to handle the details was so easy! Our guests were raving about the food for days! We are hooked on the hot pimento cheese appetizer! They even let us ship ice cream from Ohio to serve! Every aspect of this event was handled professionally and the staff serving us was fabulous! We highly recommend them!

We used Cook Shack Catering for my daughter's wedding . It was held at The Oaks at Salem in Apex, NC. Austin and his team at Cook Shack Catering totally exceeded expectations. Their food was excellent-classic NC bbq cooked to perfection. His team was professional, helpful and made the entire process easy and worry free. Their menu is extensive and they were willing to customize dishes. I highly, highly recommend Cook Shack Catering!
